DIET BUDDIES NEEDED!!!
Hi all
I am loving Zumba and my eating habits are better I know I have a long way to go but I am going to take it one day at a time I have not had a diet soda in three days so that goal is doing better every day. Hope all have a wonderful day.

I had a great day no diet soda I ate well and I went to zumba I am trying a new plan for eating I will let you know how it goes hope everyone had a great day.

DIET BUDDIES NEEDED!!!
Morning
Well I broke down and had one diet coke I guess I am doing better because before I was having three a day so one in two days is better than I use to do. I had a great surprise my son who is in the Army surprised me and came down for a visit so if I don't post that much that is what I am doing. He is here for a week which I will take. I am still making small changes and I will be doing a two mile workout hope everyone is doing well.

DIET BUDDIES NEEDED!!!
Good evening I just got back from Zumba and I love it kicked my butt but had fun and I got a good workout, no diet soda today just water. I am joining and I have a buddy my stepdaughter grandpa is watching the grand kids while we go Monday Wednesday and Friday have a great night.

DIET BUDDIES NEEDED!!!

Just checking in so I had one can of diet soda yesterday but today is another day I worked out it seems to be getting a little easier to do it still getting a good work out but its like I want to do it now not like before when I really didn't I hope everyone is doing well I have a long day tomorrow won't be able to work out have two doctor appointment nothing serious just yearly visits I will check in again. Have a great week.
