Reducing Net Carbs with Fiber Supplement. Is it possible?

Yogurt was just the example, you can use fiber to reduce carbs from vegetables. I think the poster was just wanting to know if fiber will help get to a lower net carb which is yes.

No, it won't. Whenever you add fiber to something, you are adding carbohydrates to it. So if you add 10g fiber to, let's say, water, you are increasing the carbohydrates in the water from 0g to 10g. Assuming every gram is fiber (often it is not with a fiber supplement so be careful) you get 10g - 10g = zero, which is the original amount of carbs in the item you added the fiber too.

multivitamin
I don't generally take multivitamins for a variety of reasons. However, it is not uncommon to get some nausea if taken on an empty stomach. If it happens to you, take your multivitamin with your largest meal of the day and that should help.

No. Let's say your yogurt has 15g carbs and 0g fiber. You add benefiber, which is 10g carbs, 5 of which is fiber. So what you're eating has 25g carbs and 5g fiber for a net carb of 20g. If you didn't add the benefiber, you'd have 15g carbs, 0g fiber. (I just made up these numbers but you get the idea.)

working out while sore
If you are just a little sore, then you can proceed with your normal exercise routine after you warm up and only if you feel well enough to do so. If you are really VERY SORE, light exercise can help loosen things up. But take it easy. The last thing you want to do is overtrain and injure yourself.
