What is better for losing weight: weightlifting or jogging?
Cardio and weights (weights only need to be 2 to 3 times per week although you can do upper body 2x/wk and lower body 2x/wk if you want). People seem to forget that weight bearing cardio is weight lifting and provides endurance. The higher the body weight the greater the weight you have to lift.
