Wohoo!! 232 at the doc's office! I'll just keep trying to hold myself accountable and work towards that fitness goal. Hubby and I bought a (used) Bowflex, and I have to break out my new Dance Central game!

Alright. Trying, trying again, and not going to let past failures bring me down. Also have the added motivation (burden?) of trying to conceive this time around. Saw my OB/GYN, and she (very gently) reminded me of the added risks of my weight (maternal diabetes, hypertension, eclampsia, etc). She was also super-reasonable: 30 minutes of physical activity, 3-4 times per week. I can do that. I can. Also starting a lot of freezer/crock pot cooking; hoping that will cut down on spur-of-the-moment eating out/ordering in/fast food. Here we go.

Sick dayyyy :( Puts me behind in my Turkey Trot training... I'll just have to step it up to make up for it. Managed to keep the intake a bit lower today... not the best foods, but very comforting (and helped me keep my fluids up). Feeling a lot better after a day of rest. Glad I didn't push myself to go to work!
