Jillian Micheal's 30 day shred
Just curious, did anyone complete 30 day shred from Jillian Michel? Please share your thoughts on this exercise program.
I started it last week and I am on the 4th day now.
I am a beginner and I find this pretty hard, but I am trying to keep up with it and complete the program.

Reasonable weight loss
After multiple starts and restarts I am here once again to restart my weight loss journey towards a healthy lifestyle. But this time I want to do it in a more practical and realistic way.
What do you think is a reasonable rate of weight loss?
By reading few forums and searching on internet it seems like 2 pounds per week is a practical weight loss rate, what do you think?
