My old bio was way out of date, since I've been a member of this site for almost 3 years!

I have two boys - ages 6 & 3 and am currently a stay at home mom.

If you take a look at my weight history over the past few years you can see I have a bit of a yo-yo effect going on!! :) In the last 8 months I was able to lose 30, but since slacked off and regained about 7 of those pounds. Now instead of being only 10 lbs from my goal I am 17 :( No more indulging 'just because'!! Back to tracking what I'm eating and being fully conscious of what goes in my body!

I love how FatSecret says I'm losing 14 lbs a week, when I lose 2 lbs in one day... LOL :) If only it were so easy!!! :)
