I'm a 31 year old male who decided to try and get back in shape. I used to be in great shape and run track, but after a couple of years of injuries I've put on some weight and lost a lot of fitness! Losing weight is part of my goal to get back in shape, but the exercise and fitness is more important to me.
Note - my bio says I'm female because that gives me a lower calorie goal per day, no other reason!
