Started something new. I got back up to 215 by March. That is so scary. In less than a month I gained almost 10 pounds. So easy to gain so hard to lose.
So now I am doing a variation of the juice diet. I am not going fully juice. I have my juice in the morning and then I eat beans/fruits/veggies/nuts/whole grains throughout the day. And lots of water (with cucumber for flavor).
Looks like it working so far...the first week you try a diet is always nice. It gives you that little boost you need.

I'm back! I've been gone for 3 months and got up to 215, so I started again and have gotten down to 207. Still 10 pounds to get back to where I was....
This sucks! I hate that I let myself get over 200 again! I hate that I have to be careful of what I eat for the rest of my life!
I'm a little negative this morning, but at least I'm back. It'll get better I know it will.
