Rewards
How do you reward yourself for reaching your goals?

I would reward myself for every 10 pounds lost with something like a new eyeshadow, new top or new shoes. When I lost 25, I would reward myself with some sexy lingerie (guess that was a reward for my husband too! LOL). I love lingerie, always have and already had a nice collection (Frederick's of Hollywood rocks!) but a girl can never have too much lingerie, right?

I work hard at my job (and make excellent money) so I deserve to treat myself now and then, especially when I did so well losing weight.

What do you do to reward yourself? What goal system do you have?

I've Lost the Weight, Now What?
I admit, I have not been on this site in months. I received a notice from the site this morning and I thought I would click on here to see what it was all about. This seems to be a nice community, but I did not check in here throughout my weightloss.

So, I thought I would start a new thread.

What do you do once you have lost the weight?

I will let you take this topic wherever you wish, keeping it off, staying healthy, etc.
