Sleep Activity
I disagree with the fact that there are persons that only needs 4h of sleep. A normal person does need at least around the 6h. If you only sleep 4h of sleep, you'll have a lack of concentration, easier tired etc + its also bad for your health.

Can't seem to stick to it :(
reduce amount of food you take in every day.
Think about the scale of five. Don't eat too less. That's not healthy as well. Because what might happen is the jojo effect. You reached your goal because you ate way too less and then you start eating again. more than your body can take which causes a huge gain of weight. Result you might be even heavier than you started with. Just take it easy. Diet isn't within a week or a month. It needs time and so your body can adjust in a good way.

dont eat candies, popcorn or other stuff + junkfood.

Drink enough water.

do some exercises. Will help you with loosing weight + getting a body shape.
