I moved to Redding, CA in April 2011 to go to Bethel Church and care for my ageing parents. Prior to this move I lived in Tacoma, WA my whole life. Love to be out of the rain and cold and I love living with miles of trails to hike in my backyard.
I'm the care taker for my mother and getting my Drug and Alcohol Certification to be a counselor.
I'm on my 4th weight loss of 80-60 lbs. I seem to loose a lot and gain a lot. I just want to be healthy and free from obesity for good.
Green Smoothies once a day is my plan and a daily hike to loose 97 lbs at this point. I started 2 weeks ago and I have lost a total of 12 lbs to this date, Nov. 11, 2012

Why the water retention???
Why am I retaining water? I can see it around my ankles and I only lost a pound last week. I do not eat much sodium....at all. I'm drinking the same amount of water I always drink, which is plenty for my body. So what is it? Any answers would be very helpful. Thank you.

Please Help
Before I found Fat Secret.com I had lost 17 lbs. I want to add the weight loss to my weight history so I can see it on my history chart. But when I go to Change Your Weight History page and add my starting weight a warning box comes up and says; The date you have chosen is on or before your most recent weight entry.
I select the correct date on the calender which is about a month before I first weighed in on this web site but it still will not allow me to enter my starting weight. I would like to see my total since my Oct. 25th, 2012 not Nov. 12th, 2012 because I love seeing my progress on the weight loss chart. Is there any way to enter my starting weight?
Please help with this frustrating subject.
