Current Bio - 2015
So five years ago I joined FS as an accountability tool to help me lose 5 vanity pounds. Flash forward 5 years later, and I was in Thailand in April of 2015 nearly 20 lbs. heavier. Oh hellnaw.

So I started on a real weightloss trip this time, but I am not changing my starting weight. I do not want to continue to gain weight over the years and just accept it - I'm fighting back. I will be to my 2010 weight loss goal this year - the goal of my 25 year old self - before I turn 30 in in February 2016. So lookout - hottie on the way.

ORIGINAL BIO - 2010
5'10" ex athlete now sedentary. A writer in Florida that needs to lose 10 pounds that has a hard time with this nervous system dysfunction garbage. I gotta move everytime I'm not disoriented or in pain - the name of the game is strike while the iron is hot for me. I have. Nutrition background and this year has still been a major struggle - from 126 to 146. I just want to find a way to stay under 130 without obsessing. Wish me luck :)

I hope zero carbs doesn't mean actually 0 carbs, I hope that's just an expression. Zero carbs means zero fiber... I'd hate to think of a world without fiber. lol

Water?
The concept of drinking water first thing in the morning can also fill some of the volume of your stomach- leaving you less room for donuts and poptarts. What do I know anyway? lol
