Finish this sentence - What's made the difference for me:
Counting calories to see what the heavy hittes are. My typical lunch was Brownberry Oat-Nut or 12-grain type of bread (120 cal/slice), pop (140 cal/can) and fruit in gel (90 cals). I replaced that with "diet bread" (35 cal/slice) or 100 calorie sandwich rolls, diet pop, and sugar free jell-o (10 cal). Saves about 360 calories most days of the week with three simple exchanges.
