Can't increase Sleep hours in Exercise Diary
Actually your reminder helped me to an extent. I think I'm having a lot of trouble because of the default activities I have set for each day. Since I have 8 hours of sleep as the default (and 0 "resting" hours), when I add any exercises at all for the day, that comes out of my sleeping hours by default for some reason, then FS won't let me increase my sleep hours back up again (I get an error message). So at that point, I have to select one of my other activities and decrease it, which then increases the "resting" hours, and that then allows me to increase the sleeping hours. It is a time consuming (and annoying!) problem. Still I love FS. It has been a great tool for me. Hopefully the problem will be fixed with the next upgrade. Thanks for the reply!

Can't increase Sleep hours in Exercise Diary
I was just wondering if anyone else was experiencing a problem I am having with the fatsecret.com website Exercise Diary since the newest upgrade. When I try to increase the number of hours spent sleeping, I get an error message. Also, If I add an activity, it is automatically deducted from "sleeping" rather than giving me the choice to deduct it from some other activity, like it used to give the option of doing. The activity "resting" is grayed out, and only changes if I reduce my sleeping hours (which I have set to 8 hours by default). Is this happening to anyone else?

Tired of chicken for your protein source?
I recently read a post where several people complained about being tired of chicken as a good source of protein in their diet. Well here are a few more ideas for protein rich, low cal/carb foods:

Cabot No Fat Vermont Style cottage cheese (13 g prot, 70 cal, 5 g carbs per 1/2 cup),

Jack Link's Original turkey jerky (15 g prot, 80 cal, 3 g carbs per 1 oz. if you can take the sodium),

Starkist chunk light tuna in water (pouch) (18 g prot, 80 cal, 1 g carbs per pouch),

Light & Fit Greek yogurt (12 g prot, 80 cal, 8 g carbs per 1/3 cup).

Edamame is a good protein source when you just need something different,

and if you are a carb junkie like me and love hot cereal, Hodgson Mill Multigrain hot cereal, with milled flaxseed, soy, wheat germ, and cracked whole wheat (I do mix it half and half with oatmeal, because is is very strong on the soy flavor).

By the way, the lowest calorie, highest protein wraps I have ever been able to find are Xtreme Wellness (I know, stupid name) Spinach & Herbs tortilla wraps by Ole Mexican Foods (7 g prot, 74 cal, 12 g fiber, and only 5 net carbs per 8 inch wrap).

Anyone else have suggestions for high protein/low calorie sources? (It has to taste good!).
