Starting on Sonoma Diet: Need support and guidance!
The book is really helpful at least for me. You don't have to be like on a diet so it has been really easy to do it and you can do it without being perfect. I don't even look at it like a diet but more like a positive way of enjoying my food without expanding my waist line.
