How to delete early starting weights
When you restart the diet there's an option for deleting past info. You have to make sure that box is checked.

sweets!!
If you cut added sugar completely out of your diet, then your palette will adjust and natural sugars like fruit will start to taste a whole lot sweeter. I agree with JustaDreamer - strawberries are fantastic right now. One thing I like to do is wash them, let them dry off, cut off the green tops, and then freeze them. They are like bite sized chunks of sorbet. Freezing works great with grapes too... its really dessert like.

Breakfast and vegetables?
Here are some tips to prepping eggplant so it is less bitter and less chewy. Slice it, salt it and let it drain. Then roast it for a while before you use it in whatever you're going to. I like it better when its not covered in breading or flour - its healthier that way too.
