HIIT sounds like death to me, but I think that's what the boot camp at my local YMCA is doing lately... I don't know, thanks for the advice though !(:

Oh, to be young again.. (teen questions.)
Hey everyone. I'm Lexi, 16, 6', 330lbs (OMG IKR?) Anyways, just got my lisence, getting a car within the next week then I'm hitting the gym. I got a pretty good idea of what I have to do for my food (I've been looking at logs). It's just, at the gym I have NO IDEA... what I'm doing.
Are classes better than working out on your own? Swimming? Are ellipticals as good as people say they are? How long do I have to do what? Is weight training good to do when first starting to lose weight? And will I die if I attempt a boot camp...
NYAH I HATE BEING YOUNG & OVERLY FAT. I swear, I'm doing this now so I don't have to put my future kids under the pressure of being overweight. (And of course for myself.)
