Increased my calories
why you are eating 1200? I mean what is your source? because daily amount of calories depend in many things, your age, weight, height, Diet Goal, and Activity Level.

Let us assume that you should eat 1200 Cal everyday, if you divide them by 4 you will have around 300 Cal every meal. try to orgnize your meals time and don't eat immediately once you feel you are hungry, try to eat evry 3 hours. don't forget to drink enough water.
