Good results? or No results? That is the question!
I've done all of the 30 day shred and if you combine it with eating healthy and the appropriate amount of calories you WILL lose weight. I do it once a day, six days a week and have lost almost 50 pounds (I did other exercise regimes besides shred but I did shred the most and the others were mostly other Jillian workouts)

I'm not really sure if I'm helping with your question, but 10 and 1/2 months ago I weighed the same as you do now and I am the same height as you. I started off eating 1800 calories per day and exercising moderately for 25-30 mins, 6 days a week. After losing 30 pounds in about 5 months I cut it down to 1600 calories per day, and more intense exercise as I got in better shape. Now I've lost about 50 pounds just following this regime and of course trying to eat only healthy foods. Hope this helps.
