I am 28 , 5'9" and 238 lb. My goal is to get back to around 165lb. I started at 255lb in April, and I've been doing pretty good so far.
I started gaining weight AFTER my son was born. Which was strange because I actually LOST 13 lb during pregnancy. Apparently, my inability to eat greatly effected my metabolism because I've gained almost 70lbs over the past 7 years.
I'm ready to get my life back on track and feel healthy and confident again.
