Hello Everyone... Like most, I am here for support in this daily battle to beat fat. As I was going through my pictures of my former self...I ran across the one I've posted. So, I posted it as my daily motivation, since I've found myself here more often than my daughter spends on facebook. This was me at my best before I decided to have another child last year (09), 17 years after the first. Losing weight seemed almost effortless after my daughter (who by the way turns 18 tomorrow (9/18). But, after my son, I've been struggling for a whole year! So hopefully through a strong support system with like-mind individuals...I just might make it, as well as be an inspiration to others. I look forward to making friends here and watching us all meet our goals...

UPDATE!

Just got MARRIED October 2, 2010....YESSSS! I finally tied the knot, with my best friend. Now, more than ever, I want to get back to how he met me. Not that he does'nt love me as I am...I just want to give him my best at all times.

UPDATE! 1/12/2012

I have a new baby…thus the reason for my long departure…but I'm back needing all the encouragement I can get. I got up to 237 lbs with this one. Weighed in today (19 days since birth) I'm only down to 208lbs…not so thrilled. But, thats why I'm here…I need to put together a team! So all friends welcome. LET'S DO THIS!

Blew it!!
I went to the endless shrimp fest and totally lost my mind! lol... It was so delicious, but I felt so bad (well..kind of Doubt ). I know this isnt a great excuse, but because I lost zero pounds after a full week of jogging, walking every night and logging everything I ate trying to count every calorie...ugh! I might as well eat what the heck i want...

But, I' not quiting. I just need to find what works. My buddy advised me on some things, so I'm dropping my calorie intake and only logging my actual workouts...no driving, sitting, etc. So... Here goes!

Graham crackers and lite coolwhip!
Yep LilWil, that's exactly where I first saw it. I've been telling everybody.

Graham crackers and lite coolwhip!
Hey Bchgurl...well, I did it with the fat free, light whip cream and the full fat/sugar graham crackers. Two full crackers is only 110 then when I added the full serving of whip cream, it's only 130 cal (Jada). But I'm sure if I would have gotten the reduced cal crackers I could have shaved off another 10-15 cals. But thanks for the idea..now I'm off to buy some vanilla sugar free jello!

Graham crackers and lite coolwhip!
Whoever thought of this is a godsend! I love ice cream and tried this recipe after seeing it on a talk show and again on here. I went purchased the honey graham crackers and lite cool whip, layered and placed them in freezer. They almost got me fooled if I hadn't put them together myself. Thanks
