Which mayonnaise to use?
Does anyone know if the brand Hollywood Safflower Mayo is good to use? I seem to remember that it's been said not to use hellman's or best or anything like that. This does not state high oleic on the label. it does contain 7g polyunsaturated fat and 2.5 mono - is that good or is there another mayo I should be looking for. thanks for your input.

Need HELP with ratio of carbs, fats, protein
draglist - thanks a million for offering to help. Here's my info for you to input. I'm 5'6", exercise at least 3 times a week - either walking for senior fitness program that is an hour long class, I weigh 211 (not good), by body mass is probably around 33 and I want to lose about 40 pounds. I'm not aiming for getting too thin - oh I'm 66 - and female.

Need HELP with ratio of carbs, fats, protein
thank you all so very much for that input. "right" - that's wonderful and that's what I'm aiming for. I'm trying to keep the carbs at between 50 and 100 grams - actually I've been less on most days - but I'm at the very beginning of my new way of eating ;o) My fat has been like 80% or so, but I'm going to incorporate more chicken and turkey instead of red meats and I'm eating a great variety as well - actually I'm going to have a turkey burger this morning with some veggies for breakfast. I've ordered a lot of low carb stuff from netrition that will help in cooking low carb as well.

Need HELP with ratio of carbs, fats, protein
Where do I find what the ratio is supposed to be of fats, carbs and proteins in my daily intake? I use the fatsecret food diary but I need to know where to set my recommended limits. I've lost 2 pounds in a week - just starting, but I think my fats are way high - just not sure and need to know where I can find what my ratios are supposed to be - in grams. Thanks for any help
