I am finally down to 181. My diet has been pretty damn good...i did have a few oreos....but i eat nothing more then eggs, chicken, lean beef, veggies..and some fish and some fruit. Occassionally I will have some oatmeal, and then I have my protein shakes. I add peanut butter in at times...i workout 5 days a week.
