My husband and I started to jog.The first day, We were only half a mile and I was losing my breath. I thought I was going to have a heart attack.LoL.Yesterday , It wasn't that bad but my thighs are sore.I guess that means I am working hard.

I didn't want to know anything about dieting for the last 4 months but after knowing the blood results that my doctor ordered. My cholesterol level is high and my blood sugar is in border line for diabetes. Now , I am in a low fat and low carb diet. I walk for 30 minutes everyday.
