I'm worried about my weight but i don't know if i should be???
Try not to fixate so much on your abs and work on your whole body. Most people who have a flat stomach don’t get there by just doing crunches. More calories are burned if you engage your whole body. More calories burned means more fat loss. More fat loss means less fat around your stomach.

Yeah, I had that happen a few times in the past. I think it had something to do with not having a data connection.

Getting rid of arm jiggle?
Congrats on losing 15 pounds. I'm gathering that because your filling up soda cans with sand that you don't have a gym membership! However you do it, keep it up!

What might explain your dilemma is that you don't lose fat evenly throughout your body. One person may have a body type that causes them to lose fat off their arms, then belly, then legs, then face. Usually that doesn't happen at the same rate or at the same time. Just keep at it.

From my own experience, you'll want to have every muscle in your body able to efficiently burn fat for you. That means working everything out, getting your whole body fit.

Tracking more variables than calories & weight
I completely agree with what member desertsnail posted. The number of calories you consume is not the end-all way to health. While it is important, what’s more is getting a better picture of your body composition. Keeping track of body fat would be a big plus.

From 2 simple variables: weight & body fat %, you can derive a much clearer picture of how effective you diet/exercise program actually is. You can find your lean mass, fat mass and calculate an accurate metabolic rate.

Body fat analyzers are fairly cheap nowadays. I think most dieters on this site should keep track of this with the same importance as keeping track of their weight.

I love FatSecret and I’ve found it to be the best tool for me. I think we can all benefit immensely from this one additional feature.

Is there anybody else who feels the same way?
