Hello i need an advice ..
Quite honestly, it's not easy. I think the best way to keep yourself motivated is to do things you love, but instead of putting people on the "back seat", put FOOD on the "back seat". I find that the easiest way (for me) to lose weight is to count calories and try to eat as little carbs such as sugar and bread as possible. And to keep my loved ones around! And it's important to keep LOVED ONES, not people that will bring you down, offer you things you don't want/can't eat etc. Those you should keep away from you.
