I've been reading for weeks on end about several diets and studies on weight loss & health and decided to follow the LCHF diet (but with fruits) (dietdoctor.com/lchf).
I also *try* to avoid (super)processed foods, trans fats and vegetable oils high in Omega 6.
I can't cook and I'm on a tight budget so sorry if my food log is a bit boring and disappointing. :D
I don't know a lot about what I'm doing and I just get my info from the following sites:
