Frustrated and Ready to Go Back to the BAD Habits
Oh, please don't give up now. I see you've lost 30 pounds. You've heard about plateaus haven't you? You're experiencing one. Just try not to let your weight float up -- you'll be really discouraged! Instead try to stay at the same weight for a week or so until you feel ready to work at it again. This is hard but if you hang in there eventually you'll get to the weight you want to be. Good luck.

Hunger Issues & Still Need Help
I agree -- who really has patience! Not me either. But I will say if you keep at it eventually you'll get to where you hope to be -- and then you'll look back and say: Thank God -- I've finally done it! And you don't really have to have patience for that to happen; only perseverence! Which can be harder! I'm at that point too right now.

Hunger Issues & Still Need Help
I have a couple of suggestions since you seem to be exercising a lot. I've done Weight Watchers a number of times and one of the things they used to tell us is that you can stall your weight loss by eating TOO LITTLE. One common suggestion was to add one banana to your daily diet. Also, because of your marathon training, you could be adding muscle, which weighs more but looks better then fat. That could be why you aren't losing the inches you'd like to lose, so don't get too wrapped up in sizes. Plateaus are discouraging but everything usually evens out if you are just patient. Good luck!

How does recipe entry work?
I just tried to enter one of my recipes but I had a problem. I can't figure out how you enter ingredients in recipe size proportions. Bringing the ingredient up just brings 1 serving proportions. I'm assuming there's something I'm missing. Can anyone help?

Question about Vegetable stock
Definitely try your own stock. I use the same recipe as Canajun. This is one of those things that really only takes a few minutes to throw together. All the flavor comes from simmering. Canned veggie stock is not worth buying as you will find out when you make your own.
