Im almost 53yrs old, as of May of 2015 I got sick and spent a lot of time in the hospital to find out that I have NASH.. Non-Alcoholic Liver Cirrhosis. My liver doctor has been trying to get me to lose weight so if I ever had to get a live Liver Transplant wouldn't be denied because my BMI is too high. and now that I'm a grandma I want to be there for that grandbaby. I go to Metabolic Research Center and that has totally changed my life

miss working out hard
i have had a chest cold or trying to not get a bad chest cold. im only able to do 3.5 to 3.8 mph for now till im done hacking up a lung. i want to run 5mph for 60 mins, but im told that i have to heal my body and just do a light work out to keep up my momentum. i did some weights tonight to tighten up my arms getting sick of the skin Shock

VERY HAPPY
IM VERY HAPPY WITH MY WEIGHT LOST THIS WEEK, IM ON TRACK THIS WEEK AND I HAVE EVEN PLANED OUT MY DAY FOR TOMORROW. GOING ON A DATE NIGHT W/ MY HUBBY TO TEXAS ROADHOUSE AND I CANT WAIT TO HAVE A STEAK!!!Very Happy . THIS IS GOING TO BE A GOOD WEEK, GOING TO LIMIT MY BREADS AND SUGARS. I WENT TO SUBWAY TODAY AND HAD A SALAD, NO BREAD!!

hate being sick
was sick all day yesterday, a stomach bug. so for i have lost what i had gained last week, feeling better today and going to do my best and eat all my calories. tomorrow is weight in and hope this week was good to me Wink

Diet Sodas
anything diet is bad, or anything type of powder mixes that you put in water,there was a study done that 1/2 of the dieters drank diet drinks and the other 1/2 drank just water. and reg pop, the dieters that had water and reg pop lost more weight, i havnt had pop for over a year now and i only drink water and 1 cup of reg coffee a day,i think that has helped me lose 113lbs in 10 months so far

GOAL WEIGHT BY JULY
well, stop thinking of what you have been doing and start thinking of what you need to do. i have that problem too alot snacking . buy your self a nice pair of jeans that you cant get into now and hang then up on your bedroom door. that is what i do and when i started my diet i wasnt able to get in to this skirt that is a size 12 (cause i stated in a size 24) and guess what? i can fit into that size 12!!!!! now im going to get my self the size 10 jeans i want and they will be hanging now in my door way to my bedroom, , good luck
