I am on day 2 of fighter diet extreme. I feel really good so far. I am really full which is good because I hate starving but I want to eat clean and loose fat.

7 hours of sleep.
I have done 7 days of crossfit in the last 2 weeks and I am on day 3 of the Paleo diet. I have stuck to the diet strictly, except for chewing sugarfree gum 2x per day. I am not supposed to weigh or measure myself for 30 days. My cravings are way down and I feel good. My workouts are fairly strong. I am more regular. I can go longer without eating. I have been having 5 small meals/day.
