Performance: gaining 0.6 lb a week

Goal Weight
154.0 lb
Still to go: 59.4 lb
I'm 41 and I've been struggling with my weight for my entire adult life. I started packing on the pounds when I left college. During the past 20 years I've lost some and gained more. I also have PCOS which makes losing the weight more difficult, but no more excuses. I'm no longer letting the people in my life influence my food and actiivty choices. I can only control what I do and that's good enough for me. I started this journey in March 2009 and I've lost 20 lbs. I want to see gradual results to know that I'm doing this the right way for me.

Short Term Goal: Get below 200 lbs before January 27th. 24 Days until vacation

Long Term Goals:
- Reach healthy weight
- Lower my blood pressure
- Lower my cholesterol
