I am 56 and started at 264 about a year and a half ago. I am now down to 188. I've been following the Atkins food plan which has worked well for me. It is a food plan that I can live with. I'm not good about exercising. I am 5' 4' and still chubby.

Yes I am on Atkins and it is difficult to get in as much fiber as I believe I need

Bowel Movements
Hey everyone I'm a mess and I've been this way for a long time. I only have bowel movements every 3 to 5 days and I usually wind up taking laxatives to do that. I don't want to keep taking laxatives and would like to have more bowel movements. Any suggestions for my situation?
