I'm quite sure I haven't weighed under 220 pounds since 2005. Quite possibly some time before that.
Been using a different, PC based program to track calories/weight/exercise, because that one adjust to your BMR, but I've been updating it meticulously.

I've lost almost two pounds since *Friday*. I'd be happy about this if it weren't for the fact that it's entirely due to me not eating because I'm so stressed out and unhappy. :(
