I am now 41 years old. I have 2 kids and am currently working toward my degree in Healthcare Administration. I have put on a lot of weight since High school. I love to work out but not a gym rat.... I just couldn't for a long time due to pain. I don't like cardo so much but I like to lift weights.... In fact it is a stress reliever for me.... I started exercising back in july of 13 and have been at it ever since... with a week off here or there. My diet consists of "less of the same" So I still eat everything that I used to.... Just less of it.. Also no soda and 10 to 12 glasses of water a day.

Why is losing the last 6kg so darn difficult!?
Where do goal weights come from? I am 6ft 1 in and have lost 42 lbs. I would like to lose 7 more but it is a slow go. I just wonder if I should stop losing and figure out how to maintain
