I can't believe I've already lost 5 pounds! (before this site I was 152, weighed in as 150 when I signed up) 5 pounds. End of my 3rd week. OMG. SO HAPPY! Seeing this I can and will totally keep up my great work. :)

Today was fantastic! It blows my mind how well I did :) I ate healthy and exercised! Although, I ate dinner at 6:45. Got off work an hour ago. and I'm hungry. :/ to eat, or not to. Actually, according to my RDI I have only eaten 57% of the calories I'm supposed to intake. Ugh, this is all so confusing! Why am I being recommended to eat 2100 calories!? That is ridiculous! Can anyone explain this to me? If this is true, then I should be losing weight considering I've only eaten 1100 calories. And i'm not eating crappy, packaged foods. Well...for the most part. I'll do eggs or toast for breakfast. Lunch I'll have a sandwhich and a fruit on the side. Then dinner, which I need to work on btw, I eat too many carbs for dinner, which may be my main issue. I need to work on putting veges on my plate and plan nights to eat chicken or fish. I did eat fish tonight and a salad, so I'm proud of myself for that. I hope I remember how proud I am of myself on days that I'm debating between a salad or a piece of pizza. (I eat pizza like once a month so this isn't an accurate example, but you know what I mean). So, help me with the calories in calories out and why I'm not losing weight!

I accidently put yesterdays foods and exercise onto today's for some reason. So today's food and exercise, or lack thereof on, I put on yesterdays. Right now I am super upset with myself. I had two slices of pizza while at work, cause I was making pizzas. Was starving and I grabbed two slices, seeing everyone else I was working with was eating it too, so I was like, it's fine everyone is eating it. NO! BAD THOUGHT! NOT TRUE! I'm usually so good at saying no. But, not today. Probably because I was so hungry. Although I DID grab two of the smallest slices! Blah, Oh well. Salad or something small for dinner tonight. I'm not going to go to the gym today. I'll prob do a little something with the Wii. I'm going dancing tonight so I expect to be getting down and having that be my workout :) Although, the alcohol isn't going to help with the calories. Whateves. It's my boyfriends special night tonight and I want him to have a good time. And that requires me having some liquid courage!

I've already lost two pounds this week, since I started back up at the gym. Dead week, finals, and spring break made me fall off the wagon. But I'm back! And back at the weight I was at before I fell off the wagon. Today I didn't do so great as I usually do food wise. I had a twix bar :/ (The positives and negatives of having a boyfriend who knows you love twix). Otherwise I did fine. I should have eaten veges with my dinner, but I just wasn't feeling it. As usual. I need to work on that! Okay, I tend to eat the same thing every day..aside from dinner. I need to figure out what foods will give me enough vitamins that I need as well as iron, fiber, protein etc. The exercise. I walked to my classes. Home. To class. Home. 30 min total. Last class was rock climbing so I did some climbing. Great workout...for my brachioradialis, flexor carpi radialis..and the other forearm muscles..After that I went on the eliptical for 40 min. burned 500 calories. yuh yuh. OKAY. 'NIGHT!
