How do I show my food journal so you can see it?

I don't see how that gets the recommended high fat, low carb, low protein. I seem to get high fat, high protein, low carbs. I'm eating lots of fish and chicken and salads and veggies and only two Atkins bars a day. I have lost weight but I'm not getting the percentages that they recommend. Should I forget those percentages?

OK, so I'm eating about Carbohydrate (7%) Fat (52%) Protein (41%) I've lost weight, but I would like to eat more fats. I can't figure out what foods to eat. Everything is either protein or salads and veggies. I'm still on induction. Any tips?
