Out of Energy?
If you feel you've lost your energy during the day you can always recover it at lunch. Lunch is an important meal and should not be avoided in order to stay in shape and gain a lot of energy. I have read on Project Weight Loss that for lunch, it is indicated to avoid white bread, white sugar, oils, and generally, products that go through processing. Try not to consume foods rich in calories but with small amounts of nutrients such as sweets or sweet beverages. These products when it comes to keeping your weight under control or increasing your energy levels.

Weight loss without workout?
I had surgery one month ago and can`t work out. Is there another way to lose weight? I need to lose about 25 pounds. I was told to start a diet. Will it work without working out? Thanks!.

Help for fast weight loss?
My brother is getting married in May and I need to lose 25 pounds till then. I know it`s not that much but I’m so busy with my 11 month-old baby-boy that I can`t find time to work out. My diet is healthy but I must get rid of the extra pounds from my pregnancy. What is a BMI indicator? Any diet ideas? Thank you for answering.

My problem is...
My friends asked me to join them on a trip to Egypt in 2 months. My problem is that I need to lose 20 pounds till then. I should start a diet, I know. Which one? I googled some diets but I didn`t even find one that I really like. Which one do you follow? I`d appreciate it if you`d leave some information about the diet you specify. Thanks.

A trip to Bahamas
A trip to Bahamas is all I want right now and I already feel the sand under my feet and the smell of ocean. However, I need to lose some pounds. I`m not overweight but I want to follow a diet in order to lose these extra-pounds. My job take too much of my time and when I get home, I`m just exhausted, so a diet seems to be the best solution. Any suggestions? Thanks! Arrow
