Atkins Diet
I dont have a journal...but i am a creature of habit...I eat basically the same thing every day for breakfast and lunch when i work, because i like it and it is satisfying....

morning
tea with sweet and low (1)
atkins peanut buttter granola bar


lunch
exact measuremnts change daily, but this was today
3oz celery stiks with 28 grams (1 serving) alouette spreadable brie for celery stik dipping. 100 grams ( 2 servings) oven roasted turkey breast with spicy brown mustard for dipping.....2 slices of either swiss or cheddar to go along with the turkey...I kinda make rolls and eat it that way....then a caprses salad....I cube everything...so it is like a chopped salad .....i use 3 oz tomatoes, 2 oz cucumbers, 2 oz of fresh mosserely and i tablespoon of italian dressing.....then in the afternoon i generally have a sugar free jello cup....

I always bring an atkins chocolate peanut butter bar in case i am famished in early evening when i work late or traffic stinks....so i dont cheat and nibble chips or fast food...

dinners i just kinda eat a variation of what i feed my family....but i always keep eggs, cheese, bacon in the fridge...in case i cannot eat anything they r eating...

if you need more ideas, message me....although you may not like what i eat....

Good for you....that is definetly the best thing you can do for YOU !!!

I quit smoking 4 yrs ago after smoking for 33 years.I was approx 12 when i started......

I used straws....which i cut in half...and kept them in baggies everywhere...in my car, in the kitchen, on the table in the room with the tv...even in the bathroom....for me it made the transition from holding a cigarette and having the hand mouth action very easy.....I can honestly say that i gained ZERO lbs after i quit....I honestly admit all my weight was already there....

Straws for me were the "bomb" as my kids woulkd say....i held them , i chewed them, they were my snoopy security blankie....then miraculasly i began reaching for them less and less....

Now i am a proud 4 year quitter

HCG Warrior Diet Drops??
I had one gfriend who did it with wonderful results and lost 30 lbs in 1 month and kept it off with a lot of hard work and definelty not eating correctly, and I have another who started it this past monday....I do not believe in it.....it is a short term fix, it will not teach the steps one needs for a lifetime maintenance program.....I would assume it truly messes up ones metabalism.....!!!
