Hi Mjmomma, I started Atkins Induction on March 12, 2012 and am still doing the induction because I have a lot of weight to lose. I just found this site today and am willing to support you and any others doing Atkins.

I have stopped losing weight and gained some. Saw dietitian today and she recommended that I stop doing Atkins and look more at my calorie and fat intake ...
