I was an incredibly active child that grew up on a farm. I didn't have a nintendo (I know, long time ago) or any video game for that matter. My mom would wake us kids up at 8am on a saturday morning and tell us "it's beautiful outside, get up and go out". I was active all through school, running track and cheerleading. I ran my freshman year of college at SIUC. Ever since my senior year of college (1st or 2nd) I've yo yo-ed between 15 lbs. My goal is 135 but unfortunately my body seems to want to stay at 145 and about once a month gets closer to 150. I did manage to get down to 133 on my 30th birthday but within 6 months I was back up to the 140's. I love the idea of fat secret, having to report your meals and excercise. I'm a teacher and look forward the start of the school year. It is so much easier to be disciplined when you have a set schedule. This summer break has been rough for me and my head is spinning from, once again, more yo yo-ing.
