Do you post exactly what the scale says?
Whether you weigh in every day or once a week I'm curious if I'm the only one that does this...

I don't automatically record a loss on the scale until I am able to see that number or lower at least two days in a row. Some may consider this "cheating," but I don't want to have to record a gain the next day if the lower weight was a fluke.

How do I share my favorite meals with my buddy?
Under Food, there's a list of Member Meals on the right. Click on "find more meals" and search there.

question
I means net calorie loss or gain. It goes by what your used (exercise) and what you consumed. Green arrow down is good - it means you used more calories than you consumed.

Conversions
You could add it as a recipe under My Cook Book. Then, it will be avaialable under your cook book to add the next time you eat it.

Non- food rewards
Last time I lost weight, I put a 3 dollars in a jar every time I lost a pound. My husband then decided to "match" my contributions. In the end, I had over $300 to put toward new clothes that fit. It became very motivating towards the end (when it usually gets harder for me) since I really needed new clothes and I already had a budget for it.
