I am recently 30 and need to clean up some of my bad habbits - especially my eating and exercise routines. Up till about mid January my eating habbits included multiple fast food and delivery food, late night drinking of dark beers and just about no exercise.
I have a wedding at the end of May in Maui where I will be scuba diving and on the beach a lot and want to look much better. My plan is to log all of my calories and try to keep them to an average of about 1800 a day by eating mostly diet meals and switching to light beers along with exercises 2 - 4 times a week. So far it is working pretty well and I feel like I am on my way to getting down to 180 - 190 from 230 before the wedding.
