cream puff

I am 52 years old Woman....I Live in Canada.I am a......Friend,Wife, Mother and Nana, married for 20 years,have two sons, one is 17 and the other is 28 years old. I have five grandchildren, from 1-8 years old. I gained my weight during the illness of my brother who died of cancer at 40. We were very close, then I lost the weight....126 pounds of it. Then I lost my father and gained most of the weight back,so here I am again to lose the weight again. When I do I will have to learn to deal with my emotions better..... because my mother just turned 80 this month !! Oh and did I tell you...I can be a very stuborn person.....so this helps me on my diet.
