Working on getting %100 fit. Losing a few lbs to get down to %15 body fat. at 18.5 now

Weights 3-4 times a week
Cardio 6-7 times a week
Atheletic training/Boot camp 2-3 hours a week

At 165lbs now, going to 160 then start gaining muscle weight.

Eat 5-6 healthy meals a day, everyday.
