protien
so my husband says i should not drink protien drinks before my workouts they should be drank after. i am trying in lose weight not build muscles yet. what would be a good prework out drink or morning drink.trying to cut out some coffee.

Eating after work out HELP!
I usually wait an hour after dinner before working out. I do 40mins of cardio and then shower and get ready for bed all of that is usually about 2hrs after dinner i just feel so hungary by that point its like i didnt have dinner at all. The snack is keeping me within the cal for the day. It has been 2 weeks almost three and i havent lost any weight :0(
