Okay, after almost 2 months, I'll tell you a little bit.

I'm a 28 year old, mother of 2 (although one lives with her father), in Allentown PA. I have definitely struggled with "weight" my entire life.

I am NOT dieting. I eat "real" food, a whole lot of it, and work out.

Yup, thats it.

Inaccurate Foods
Plus... I mean.. foods are (mostly) entered by users. I find it all the time where I go to enter..say... a chobani. and the only serving size option is "One container".

Chobani has a charming habit of using "one container" with different info for all their various sized containers.

Usually, I either create a new entry all together, or a new serving size that says something like "1 container - 6 oz"... so i know in the future its the right one, without messing up anyone elses daily routine of choosing random "1 container".

((Ps...there are other things, like "skim milk", where fatsecret programmed them in with the *real* information, as it was available to them..not whats printed on the nutritional label which is allowed to vary by a certain amount of calories/percentage.))

No ambition for exercise
I actually use my wii for kickboxing. I haven't really found a good dvd I like for it, and I did find a workout on demand (it was a bunch of 8 minute workouts in a row, actually) that was great, but too difficult for me to make it through. (And that was last year, when I was still working out every day!)

No ambition for exercise
Sounds like you already have a very active life, so this might not help, but when I first started "working out" and found it hard to motivate myself (and recently, after having to take off for an illness for almost 6 months... getting back into it)... I found ways to fit in "not-work-out" workouts. I too suffer from the "If i could just get moving" syndrome... my treadmill is in my bedroom, but for some reason pulling it out, setting it up, and putting my sneakers on seems to be harder than actually working out. So I started small. Breaking my family's life long rule of "Always take something with you when you're going that direction" and making 10 trips to put away the baby's toys, for example. It didn't really feel like I was working out more, but it was getting me up and moving, and getting used to doing it again. (By the way, toddlers are great workout tools... when I need a little extra burn, I just clean up the disaster he leaves a few more times then is really necessary.) Then, I started making sure to pull out the treadmill and unfold it while in the process of doing one of those "extra" trips I was making...so it'd be ready. Etc etc etc. So that now, I can mostly skip the extra trips. (Same with things like..putting the dvd in the player when I was walking past the tv, even if I knew I wasn't going to use it for another hour or so... because next time I got near my tv, it'd be all ready.)

I do a variety of things, but I try not to schedule what I'm going to do each day -- having a toddler and no access to an actual gym (no car, nothing local, etc.) I have built my whole workout routine at home, so that it can include just about everything, from zumba to kickboxing, any day I choose. That way, if i'm not "in the mood" for whatever i had planned, i can still do something.

Losing but still looking and feeling fat
I had lost almost 60 pounds..and thought I looked the same.
Fortunately, I had clothing and pictures to tell me otherwise.

Then, I put most of it back on. (No, I am not a FS 1st-time sucess story at all..shame on me.) And I can tell were every ounce of it is showing in the mirror. (And, sadly, I have the pictures and clothes to remind me, if the mirror ever stops.)

But... the great side of this is that I know its possible to get back again AND that this time, I will appreciate the changes in my body more!
(And not just visible changes.. I'm back to suffering walking up the 2 flights of stairs to my apartment, and grocery shopping has become a serious workout. Sigh.)

making smootie help???please
i use almond milk and/or juice in mine, depending on my mood.

i have found that blueberries have a tendency to lead to a very strange texture in a smoothie. (and to some strange separation of the smoothie ingredients if left in the cup for too long.) however, throwing a spoon in the cup and continuing to stir it before sips usually takes care of that... and slows down the drinking so it can be enjoyed longer. =).

(without knowing what kind of berries, that's the only fluffy i can think of..)
