losing weight is hard but staying motivated is harder so my goal has been set to lose weight for the law enforcement academy. My weight puts me and my career in danger. Heart disease runs in the family along with diabetes so if my dads death isn't a sign on getting healthy while still young then who knows what is...?? I hope to meet motivational people and learn secrets =)
