help with carb counting!
If I had added milk I would have entered it in my log separately!! That's what I do with the butter I cook them in. Jeez! From now on I'm logging the raw ingredients I start with. Thanks guys. Smile

help with carb counting!
Can someone please explain why a large egg is .38 net carbs but a large SCRAMBLED egg is 1.38 net carbs? How does the act of scrambling an egg add carbs to it. Which net carb count is correct. Every food list I find is different, even in Atkins books and websites. How do you know what is correct, or do you just pick one you like and use it from then on.
