I am feeling better guys I really am...

I get really fustrated when I keep thinking I am going to lose and I don't. I have been w/in 2 pounds for the last month. Last week I was told this prob isn't a plateau so I believed it wasn't... but still stuck another week. agh!

Ok goodwil this morn was FUN! It was 50% off the whole store... I bought clue and cadoo (board games are sooo cheap there!) WINDSOR PILATES DVD (cool huh?) and books. No, not diet ones. I found the SB book and 3 atkins books, 2 susan summers and tons of others. But, I don't want them. Its not me. I want to do this on my own, which I have for so long already.

Yes I can just look at the page w/ the rules BA, but I'd have to know how it all worked right? I could try the diet for a couple weeks see what happens...

I think its obvious, while I don't know much of any diet... I know cut back fat, carbs, salt, sugar... I can do this. I can be stronger to get to my goal.

I can also live in my 130's for a while and be happy. I made my first GOAL of 20 pounds. MY GOAL of 20 POUNDS. I have to remind myself I acheived it plus 4 pounds more.

Buddies are so awesome, you really helped me think straight. NO MORE complaining. Just new goals.
1. ab workouts
2. keep toning
3. stay on treadmil longer, I only stay on for about 20 min :P

I am so fustrated guys! Why can't I lose anymore???

Don't
look at my calendar and tell me why. LOL I have recorded this week which I am proud of, and its not all good food, but I am w/in calories! Last night says Olive Garden, but I only eat a small portion, and no dressing. I substitute pasta for the whole wheat, if its 100%... not sure, prob not?
My cal count is def an estimate, maybe thats where I am going wrong.

This def is not as easy as it was in the begining.
I changed my routine at the gym, I am on the treadmil longer, and lifting weights, working abs now. Maybe, hopefully, its muscle thats building... but still no loss.

So I must tweak my diet, huh? How do I do South Beach w/ out reading the WHOLE darn book? I think thats the only diet I'd consider, veggies and some carbs sound nice. idk much about it really. I will go to goodwill, if its there, I will look into it. its usually ALWAYS there. What do you all think?
I am just getting anxious to hit the finish line...

Apparently while I was off on my lunch hour working hard on my UNTORN muscles at the gym... BADANDEE was fiening for a journal to pick on!!

BEWARE she's offline right now, but I am sure she'll be back!!!

Yesterday I had a bit brown rice with very little soy sauce and now the scale says I am "bloated" UP again.
wt?? Am I never aloud soy sauce, how do the chinese do it? oh well, whatever, water, I will bring it down again.

GUYS? ok, BA??...
I want to thin out my arms. I am getting really good definition, but whats going to thin them out? only diet I guess? do I have to lose 20 more pounds to completly lose the arms and belly??

what do you do to bulk up, so that doesn't happen? don't add more weight right?

I really think everyone should weight train, it helps so much! muscles burn way more calories than the rest of your body, which is why I think I get away w/ cheating so much. sssshhhhhh... don't tell anyone I said that!

k, i gotta go work on some survey!!! chow chow guys..(lol)

I am back down, I did it some how. Forget the biscuits, they aren't going to hold me down. (yesterdays journal)

hey guys am I on a plattaeu? I didn't think I was until PhillyJ called it one, and now I called miteslurs one. Hm... can you go up down on a plateau or is that "maintaining?

Well whatever it is, I am getting off it! I said last week, I was so close to my goal but I couldn't taste it. Its on NOW! Specially w/ the "friendly competition going in the war of the GODS!" YIKES!!! (FIT & PHAT CHALLENGE) you know who you bully's are!

So I have been thinking. Get back into your good habits, what helped me w/ weight loss before?

1. water
2. healthy diet, mix things up
3. enjoy workouts/new routine mix things up
4. stretch!
5. pray this was gonna work, lol
6. RECORD MY FOOD JOURNAL, it easy to eat too much off the record!
I see my weightloss has really slowed down since I haven't counted cals
7. remind myself I am doing it for me, I am proud of myself, I love myself, and thats NOT a bad thing
8. believe I CAN DO IT

So how do I get off this PLAT guys??
