Hi Folks, I'm back after 9 or 10 years with all my weight too! I need help with snaking. (that's my biggest issue) OK with meals but at night I want pistashio nuts and chips- don't mind a sweet too. Other than veggies & fruit, any suggestions to replace these with what I would enjoy?

sweet tooth rescue
When you need that sweet something, I reach for Jules Destrooper Almond thins. They are slivers of cookie 8 pieces = 140 cal. so if your satisfied with one its 17.5 calories. You can find them in a good grocery store or specialty shops like Iavarone brothers.

what is healthy % regarding % of daily intake? ie: Carbs, fat protein
After looking over my percentage of Fats, carbs and proteins, overall I'm pretty equal with fats & carbs, with protein being a small percentage. Does anyone know what the mix should be for health? Thanks

What is some really Great SKIN CARE ANY ONE PLEASE
Hi,
The best thing is aloe vera. Buy the leaf whole and slice an 1 inch piece careful not to let the outer leaf touch your face....just the goo from the inside. This will drench you with moisture and give you firming. You can wash off if too tight...but leave on as long as you can.
